The Advanced CI Leadership Programme is designed for experienced Lean practitioners, CI specialists and operational leaders who are ready to embed continuous improvement deeply into their organisation. The programme builds advanced capability in coaching, strategy deployment, facilitation and cultural transformation.


Delegates apply the learning directly to a strategic improvement project, typically delivering £100k+ in measurable savings or added value. With structured workshops, 1-to-1 coaching and a best-practice site visit, the programme equips leaders to influence at every level, build capability in others, and drive sustainable cultural change.

Programme Format


  • Three workshop days, spaced to allow practical workplace application

  • 12 hours of 1-to-1 coaching with a senior MN practitioner

  • Best-practice site visit with access to world-class leaders and operational teams

  • Templates, guides and coaching tools provided

  • Final assessment through project presentation (6–12 months post-training)
